Stefani has been amazing from the start. When we planned to sell the property, she came over, explained everything in detail, and answered any questions we had with ease. Prior to the property going on the market, She had come over and went over things that we should do to help with the sale. Further to that, she had come in to set up the entire home with her own items, i.e., accessories, furniture pieces, and more. While she was setting up the home, she went even further with any extra cleaning that had to be done. Which was something we did not expect anyone to do for us, and we are super grateful. Lastly, she was accommodating to our needs and time. We had received ample notice for when the open house would be or when there were any viewings outside of the open house time. Even after the house was sold, she made sure the addendum was taken care of by ordering parts needed or booking services. Overall, this was the best house selling experience we have ever had and would highly recommend her as she has gone above beyond.
