First off how do you put 0 or minus for something, because Professionalism was non-existent. If you want a terrible experience with a realtor work with Stella Price & her daughter Erin Emery. There is too much to write here that went wrong with our business dealing we had with these terrible people. We simply wanted to work with them to sell our condo. Not only did they not do this but they bullied us and acted in a completely unprofessional manner. The short version is: 1) Nothing they promised to do was delivered. Including, they provided limited strategy on how to sell our place. Despite knowing & agreeing what we wanted for the unit was reasonable; they simply tried underselling it at a much lower value and blamed us for not taking anything we could get for the unit. I call that the Lazy incompetent sales strategy. 2) They blamed us for not listening to them, prices changes, open house schedules, messing up a counteroffer situation, etc. Despite all of this being what we hired them to provide advice on and we did as they told when they actually told us something. 3) To top it all off, when we finally questioned them on what to do next I got a follow up call with Stella Price where she yelled at me and calling us “difficult clients”, “difficult from the beginning” and how “we shouldn’t have worked together”. To which after that unprofessional behaviour I agreed parting ways made sense. I did not want to have someone working for me who felt that way. 4) When I called her broker Jason Watson, to let him know what happened, Mr. Watson would not release us from our contract. He told us he owned the listing and we mutually discussed a possible solution. When we later followed up on this solution, all we got from him was delayed responses and excuses, him taking her side despite her treatment of us, and treated as unimportant clients. Despite him telling us he would fix everything, he catered to her demands that were not part of the solution we had discussed, including offering us a release only if we pay an unrealistic amount of money Stella Price requested. As a broker. Mr. Watson is to act in an impartial manner between the clients and his realtors (according to the listing agreement), however he does not take this role seriously and will make excuses as to why he needs to keep his realtors happy,(they line his pockets) even if it impacts the working relationship with clients and the sale of their home. We hired Ms. Price, Ms. Emery and Mr. Watson to work for us, but instead they are working against us and expecting us to pay for their mistakes. There was no reasoning with them and despite them behaving badly they wanted us to pay in order to stop doing business with them. Reasonable people would agree if a business doesn’t want to work with a client especially if the client was being difficult (which we were not) the business walks away. They do not say “I don’t like you go away but pay us for you to go away.” The two things that come to mind when dealing with this type of person are misconduct unbecoming and extortionists. Buyer and Seller beware when working with Stella Price, Erin Emery and Jason Watson. #StopBullying #BadRealtor
