Buying a house can be very stressful and overwhelming, especially when it's your first time (not to mention the fact that we're in the middle of a pandemic). Thankfully, my boyfriend and I had the pleasure of working with Stephan Gauthier who was very friendly, honest, professional and knowledgeable. I can say the same for his business partner (Joe Salazar) who also helped us out tremendously. It completely changed our experience, we were able to actually enjoy the process of house hunting, we didn't have to stress about paperwork and we finally found the right property for us.
