Stephan was awesome helping my daughter & her boyfriend find a home in Kamloops while they were moving from another City. It was difficult because of Covid restrictions/travel they weren’t able to view any property in person. But Stephan would video call as he went through each room and taking the time to go outside in the yard etc. This extra effort made them feel confidant in putting in a offer. Stephan made sure their offer & more importantly their date of possession was in line with the sellers so they could have a successful transaction! They would totally use Stephan in the future & have already sent him some potential referrals.
