Stephen was the perfect choice when my parents were retiring and looking to move from Kamloops.  Because my parents did not live in Kamloops, I worried about how it would look with them looking at properties and then going forth with paperwork.   Stephen made buying a home an easy process for my parents, especially with time constraints once they sold their home quickly in their town.  He was able to help my parents with the process of signing papers from out of town, and was then able to keep them updated with what was next every step of the way.  This made for a seamless transition for my parents!
