Had an extremely frustrating and disappointing experience with Mr. Bisson. He represented both parties in this potential transaction and has failed to demonstrate his twenty some years of experience. As potential buyers, I feel we were misrepresented and Mr. Bisson was only working for the seller. He limited his role to completing paper work. The project presented to us for review was lacking consistency and rigor. Deadlines were not taken seriously or just ignored, paper work back dated. Highly unprofessional and a disappointing experience.
