Stephanie and JT and the rest of her team have been excellent to deal with over what started as a search for a first home for our daughter and ended up including also finding a downsized home for our parents. We are already repeat customers and will not hesitate to contact them again in the future. We were referred to Stephanie and JT from friends we consider to be family and we will happily refer them to other friends and family. That essentially tells you all you need to know about how they approach their work and how well they treat their clients. They were always happy to take calls, answer questions and attend showings and inspections and offer helpful advice as we worked through the process. Even when at times it looked as though we might not find the right property to make an offer (after looking at many different places) the level of customer service we received never dropped. When it came time to buy, we had someone we could trust helping to negotiate and protect our interests so we were confident and comfortable making two final deals.
