My personal experience leaves a lot to be desired. He often showed up to our home with the smell of alcohol on his breath. He was vulgar and in my opinion bullied us to lower our price and remove conditions we did want to on our sale. When we bought a home using him, same few weeks of our relationship with him, he lied to us. He said “not to worry” about including an item in the offer to purchase, that it was “inherently” included. When we moved into the home, the item, was missing. We later found out the prior homeowners were given money for that item by Steve Mackenzie. Steve bought and took possession of it, and never gave it back. We complained and his broker did nothing to our knowledge. The only reason we used him was because he listed the home we bought, and he wanted to sell ours as part of the “deal”. My opinion is to stay away from this realtor.
