We initially saw a home for sale in Chilliwack. We were not very familiar with the area and Steve was the listing agent for the property and we contacted him to view the home. Steve was well prepared and knowledgeable about the area. We did not put an offer on that property but we felt comfortable asking Steve to arrange for us to view a number of homes in the area. He put together homes in neighborhoods he felt would be suitable. We eventually found a home that has met our needs for the past 12 years. I feel Steve did an excellent job for us without pressuring us to make a decision.
