I have talked real estate with Steve for many years before selling our properties and relocating. Steve is knowledgeable and his advice helped us gauge when to time our sales. His advice on staging saved us spending more than we had to and he had some great ideas we benefitted from too. Steve is a go getter and when he’s not busy with clients he gets out there and does the rounds just chatting and being friendly with everyone who may need his services one day.
