Steve is AMAZING! He is so patient and kind. We were buying in a tough market as first time homebuyers. Steve was so patient as we walked through many properties and said no to each one. He was always very present. He didn’t made us feel that he had somewhere else to be. He responded to messages very quickly and had a plan of attack for the next steps. Once we found out new home, he helped us through the whole process of buying the house. He is very knowledgeable about the process and the best way to go about the negotiations of the deal and kept our spirits up when the bargaining process was proving a challenging one.
