In the past month Steven has managed to both sell our property of 19 years (for asking price and above assessment) and negotiate the purchase of a ‘probate’ property. The executors/ beneficiaries were based in an EU country and did not speak English. Both processes went very smoothly. Steven is an unusual character for a realtor. He does not ‘over promise’ and he is intelligent and very professional. He avoided the usual realtor scam of agreeing to an unrealistic selling price and then, some time down the road, gently suggesting that perhaps we might need to consider slightly reducing the price….you know the game. Steven has taken a very ‘hands on’ approach throughout both processes and has kept us well informed and involved when necessary. Would we use his services again? Most certainly.
