Steve is experienced and a delight to work with. This was our first time purchasing and we did not know what we wanted (we thought we did, but in the end changed our parameters drastically). Throughout it all, Steve was so patient and willing to shift as our needs changed. He was GREAT with our kids. Especially with all the weekend outings, it made a difference to spend the time with someone who was kind and caring to our kids. Other pros: he has a great sense of the potential for a house - we were able to get a house in a great location because he was able to open our eyes to what the space could offer. As a result we're putting into action many of his layout suggestions. I would highly recommend him.
