When I say that I don’t think we could’ve sold our condo without Steven, I really and truly mean that. From the very beginning, Steven has been incredibly resourceful, knowledgeable, and reassuring, especially in such an uncertain market for condos. I truly believe that it was Steven’s hard work and philosophy that made the difference in getting our unit to sell! He has been incredibly respectful and receptive to any needs and concerns we had along the way, and beyond his professionalism, he has been so wonderful to work with on a personal level too; as he is genuinely a wonderful and kind person, which is hard to come by. If we were to sell again, I would without hesitation choose Steven! I’ll be recommending him to anyone who needs an agent without a doubt.
