I am a small business owner and for whatever reason the banks don't like to lend to small business. This has kept me out of owning a house my entire adult life. Rents were out of control in 2023 and hard to get. I have a large dog so I was at risk of being homeless. My situation was dire. Stuart sorted me out with the bank and they got me into a special program that is willing to lend to small business and got me a house on Vancouver Island for 490k which is next to impossible in that market at that time. I wish I would have known Stuart and his team when I was younger it would have saved me allot of grief. I was not easy to deal with as I was having allot of personal issues at the time as well. Solid guy, big heart can't reccomend him enough.
