Stuart has been very helpful in guiding me through the process of my first housing purchase and offering his educated opinion on matters such as strata documentation. After all the horror stories I've heard about real estate agents, it was nice to have a friendly face who wasn't in a rush to get you into the first property you saw. I doubt I'll be needing him again anytime soon, but I would gladly do so if needed!
