Sunny is just like most agents do whatever they can to get the listing. Once he gets the listing then that is where it goes downhill. We had issues with the people who work along side Sunny. Ie. his stager she obviously doesn't know how to stage a house while children live in it. Once we had this issue Sunny became very rude and unprofessional He didn't find a way to rectify the issue or see all the facts he became our nightmare. Since we signed the contract he didn't to let us out of it and threatened us not to list the house so many different issues with calls to his office manager. Sunny promises a lot but doesn't put it in writing. Everything is "from his heart" but it is all to hear himself talk. I would never refer him to anyone nor would I use him again. #1 Mistake not using Ranjit Nijjar. Sunny never like to fact checks he loves to Assume, he is a very unprofessional agent.

Reply: First of all you had your home listed previously with two different realtors and they couldn’t sell it !! One listing was expired with one agent after house was in the market for 62 days 2nd agent you canceled the agreement and then you hired me after interviewing few agents ! I send my carpet cleaner to make sure we can present your your house in the market spot less ! He is immigrant and yes English is not his first language like me or other immigrants he can not speak English very well but at the same time I used him almost 200 times and he did his Job very well !! Yes if you had any problems with him understanding you could called me but not to tell him get out from the house !! I know selling a home is not easy ! My staging team came to do the staging and they almost staged 400 homes for me so far and they did fantastic job .. never had a complaint but you told them to stay there for few hours even they told you they can come back after when Photographer will take the pictures then they can move the breakable stuff but you told them you will put the stuff outside! Sir ladies need little more respect we cannot be rude with them at all . Then my cleaning lady was there to clean the house and she did fantastic job ! I sold your home with in 10 days since it was listed and I have proof and any one can see it was sold and closed smoothly! I delivered all my promises only one thing I suppose to give you empty boxes but I had emergency I and when to Vancouver but one of my team member asked you but said it’s not a big deal ! You never asked me to cancel the listing I’m the one told you when you had arguments with stager , carpet cleaner and other team members then I said please find a other agent to sell your home but you called my manager you want to deal with me and I did sold your home with in 10 days . How can you ask for cancelling the listing when your home was sold in 10 days ! One of my team member drove around to few different cities all around in North and showed you 45 homes and I have list of all those homes and we can prove it we showed those homes to you and your family! When you put an offer on one property and he asked you to sign the buyer agreement that is our office requirement and you said no you won’t sign the buyer agreement! Sir we work with loyalties and we need the same from our clients! Yes my team members work under my leadership and I pay them money or commission split and I have proof ! End of the day it’s not easy to sell the house and we respect that and I think I delivered all my promises and result was SOLD sign with 99% of asking price with in 10 days !! Now we finally find out we were loyal to you but you was dishonest and disloyal to us !! You booked a home with the builder in pre- construction I have proof about your property Why bother waisting our time if you was doing this ! After all this hard work done for you by us You left a bad review because other Agent offered you money ! Good luck !
