Susan went WAY above and beyond. The house had been a rental for 13 years. She staged the house, oversaw the cleaning and hauling, the snow removal...so many things. It was a huge comfort to have such a competent agent that we could completely trust. She sold it in record time, way above list price. Highly, highly recommend!
