We had a wonderful experience working with Sushil and Himani for our condo rental in downtown Toronto. This was our second experience with them, and once again, they were fantastic. They took the time to truly understand our needs, including our must-haves, preferences, and negotiables, and helped us explore different areas and properties at our convenience. Sushil was extremely patient, kind, and always willing to show us multiple options without any pressure. Their understanding of what clients are looking for, along with their strong negotiation skills, really stood out. They made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend Sushil and Himani—definitely worth giving them a call!
