I worked with Suzan Mohammed and she is AMAZING and cares about her client. She was very patient with me being the only buyer no support. She was literally my support, every question i had at ANY time she was available. She genuinely care about making the process less stressful as possible, she is detailed oriented during viewing, i totally trusted her with my viewings me being a travel nurse and not available. She made it so easy to buy from a different province. She drove severals time from Calgary to red deer to view my property while i was on facetime with her. I was able to flight back during inspection and she was not available so she send someone from her team to be with me and he was also very nice and even offer me a ride back as I just flew in for the inspection and walk through. This team is AMAZING. Once we finally got an offer she explained each steps until the closing date. I felt very safe with the whole procedure. Suzan is a really nice and professional realtor, she knows her thing and explains everything to make you feel safe and make sure you understand.
