This is my first house purchase in this Life and all thanks to Swapna Chakraborty for helping me achieve this dream !!  I am a new immigrant to Canada and a first time home buyer. Swapna is excellent and very thorough in her work. She showed me multiple properties near the West Hill neighborhood. She was very attentive to all my housing needs - my budget, my requirements in a condo - such as safety, privacy, floor, direction, neighborhood, distance from my work, locality. She did a very thorough research of all the available properties and presented to me only the one's that was best suited for me. She did a thorough follow-up with the Seller's agent going back and forth to get answers to all my questions patiently and negotiated the price and closing date very well, due to which I was able to get the condo at below the asking price. All thanks to her hard work !!!! What I observed is that she does her work very passionately and she understands each of her clients' reasons for buying, their emotions involved and treats every client very respectfully, helping them to buy their dream homes. I am very thankful I found Swapna to help me buy my dream home! Thank you !
