This is the fifth house I have sold over the past 25 years; I wanted this experience to be a lot different than one’s I have experienced. I knew how I wanted this time to be; but who to go with. The answer was simple, interview the candidate’s and cover the whole range of talent and commissions. I interviewed agents that were offering from 3% to ones that wanted five, in total five agents from five different agencies. Covering all the same questions with each agent; as well as offering up my expectations from this arrangement. After roughly two days going over everything, including each presentation and the inter action between the agent and myself; it was clear that Ms. Eckert would be the ideal agent to sell my home. Sylvia’s approach was extremely professional, listening, and addressing my questions and concerns. She laid out a solid plan on how she was going to approach selling this new listing and adjusted when required to address any concerns or ideas that was thrown out. During the walk around the property and home she pointed out some areas that could be addressed to improve the overall flow when someone walked through; at no time did she force these suggestions as something that needed or had to be done. Sylvia kept me abreast of all showing and comments that came back from anyone viewing the home. The dedication to her client; insuring she was able to get the best price for your biggest investment was very visible, it was easy to see she takes pride in profession. In the end my home sold in seven days and over list. Would I recommend Sylvia; absolutely! I past my experience on, to a couple I know and after meeting with her, they listed their home with Sylvia. Overall a fantastic down to earth lady that has her clients best interest at heart.
