If there was a ZERO rating I would give it. She cannot be trusted and sells her customers out for a fast deal for her. Very unethical and unprofessional, thinking of filing complaint with OREA. She sounds good when going to list your home, then does nothing but tell you to reduce before sign is even on the lawn.We Would NEVER use her again. She lied to us and used our offer to sell the property to someone she knew. Agents are hated for a reason.....people like her.

Reply: Yes, Kathy there's two sides to every story and I work very hard for my buyers to get the home they wish for, even if it was dropping my commission $1600-1800.00 to make that happen like I did your sale, be rest assured this other agent is certainly not my friend is someone who I hardly know or associate with, this was a business transaction simply to get your house sold in such a short sensitive time. Finding a home for your family was taxing a not soo nice experience for both of us.
