In addition, she is a total pleasure to work with: entirely free of the pressured, "I'm doing you a favour" style of so many people; on the contrary one feels she enjoys her work so much, that this is surely the secret of her great ability to make one feel she has all the time in the world to help in every way with what would otherwise be a very stressful situation.
