We couldn’t have found a better realtor! We were buying with a very short time line from a different province, and Tamika showed us around 15 properties in the space of 2 weeks, all on FaceTime. She would give an honest description of the properties she showed us, being our eyes for us! She always stayed in touch, and was always so quick to respond, she was incredibly knowledgeable about Nanaimo and the areas, informing us of nearby schools for our kids, and helped us buy a place in an area that we love (with never having seen it before possession day)!
