Tamika was such a pleasure to get to know and I was very happy with her professional ability and knowledge of the real star market. From the first day I met Tamika it was like I’ve known her for many many years. She became instantly the person who I wanted to put my trust and confidence in that she would help me find my new home. It didn’t happen for 2 years but during those years we viewed many homes and she always gave me encouragement that there’s a house out there for me when I honestly was not thinking it was possible. She continued to be upbeat and patient no matter how many houses we looked at until finally with her thoughtfulness and tenacity was able to arrange a viewing at the property I had driven by but could never find on the listings. Not only did she do that but without her friendly, sweet personality that everyone who meets her would see I would not be sitting in my new home writing this review. I’m so glad I called Tamika that first day because she is smart, easy to talk to, great listener, exudes confidence, a savy negotiator and helps you from the beginning to the end. Goes over and above and I’m so glad I had the opportunity to to meet Tamika and now consider one of my dear friends. I would recommend Tamika with a 5 star performance.. 🌸💖🤗
