This was the second time I had Tammy help me sell a rental property. She is knowledgeable about the market and provided excellent advice when it came to setting the selling price. She kept me well informed of the showing and their comments. I sold two properties with Tammy and would recommend her to anyone looking for a realtor in the Halifax area.
