I would highly recommend Tammy! She is honest, professional and very knowledgeable of the Halifax market. She has great attention to detail, is extremely responsive and super friendly. Selling my condo for top dollar was a breeze as she made the process entirely seamless and went above and beyond, which was particularly helpful given I was selling from out of the province. She did a lot of extras such as picking up keys, giving me a virtual tour so I could view the condition of the property and letting the cleaners in. I've worked with multiple real estate agents over the years and Tammy is by far the best!
