I was also living out-of-province at the time of purchase and was on a strict timeline for purchase and move-in. I fully trusted Tammy to show us all the pros and cons of each home we viewed as well as her knowledge of the neighborhoods the homes were in. She accommodated my circumstances. The home my partner and I acquired is amazing and exactly what we expected despite never seeing it prior to closing.
