(Note this was a private sale) It's hard to trust a realtor to have your best interests at heart but with Tammy it was easy from the get go! Coming from out of province, Tammy took a huge amount of time to recommend the best areas for us to live in and to virtually view multiple houses for us so we had an idea of the areas and what was available. When we started working with Tammy she asked us our criteria and while we waivered, Tammy ensured we stuck with our goals and in the end we were so glad we had her to guide us. Given the hot market in Halifax right now, we often panicked and wanted to submit offers on house that in the long run would not have worked for us. Tammy was patient, knowledgeable and professional and ensured we stuck to our requirements. In the end, she managed to find us THE perfect home that wasn't even listed. For a realtor to go to this extra length when the housing market is so hot and when her buyers are in another province is pretty exceptional. We are so glad we have found our dream home and owe it all to Tammy.
