I've just had the pleasure of buying a house with Tammy as my Realtor. She is a joy to work with, knowledgeable,prompt and intuitive. Maybe a little bit psychic with her ability to get a sense of what I needed and just the right amount of "handholding" to ease the more stressful necessary governmental introductions to make future planning easier.
