Nasty woman. Very condescending. Actually told a friend of hers, who was interested in buying our property, that the price was going to be reduced at the end of the week. This was surely illegal. When we reported this to her boss, he supported her because she was his top agent. She was supposed to be working for us, so we fired her. Unprofessional behaviour is the nicest way of putting how we felt about her.
