I bought my first home in Canada through Tanner. The way he explained and supported us during the process made the transaction seamless. He is very detail oriented and acutely aware of requirements of the seller and buyer. Furthermore, he was able to connect us with an excellent mortgage broker and the lawyer. In addition to these recommendations, he also connected us with a competent home.inspector and cleaning crew prior to the move-in. I would highly recommend him to anyone, given his dedication to his profession.
