Tanya did a fantastic job marketing the space, but unfortunately the market did not allow me to sell my property at my price required. Condo market in Calgary has been destroyed because of low cost housing and office building conversions. So I'll keep it for my personal use down the road...no fault of Tanya's...she did everything she could.
