Tanyse was extremely knowledgeable and did all of the preparations well in advance. She was attentive to my needs, given where I worked, and gave solid and genuine advice that I could tell she would have given to someone she cared about. Furthermore, when time came to make an offer, she got me an amazing deal well below asking for more than was offered. As an added bonus, she was great company as she drove me around for a couple days to the properties.
