Her marketing skills were excellent. She listed on Monday and sold with no subjects Friday of the same week! We were thrilled! She was very professional and answered all our questions. She was quick to respond to our texts.

Reply: Thank you so much Shelly! It was my pleasure representing your beautiful home- I’m actually a little sad that it sold so fast because I won’t be able to go there anymore haha! But what a great result. Especially with five other units for sale that had been on the market for months. Subject-free offers in this market are almost unheard of! I’m very happy for you both and wishing you all the best moving forward.
