We met Tara a few years back when she helped our daughter buy her first home. She was amazing right from the start and we knew we would have her sell our own home. Tara is extremely knowledgeable, professional, personable and was always available for my numerous questions. She is hands on and offered to help with so many aspects of the whole sale, not just what you would expect from a realtor, she goes beyond. She was present on the day the photos and videos were shot making sure everything looked presentable and was there to even move items if needed. Even after the sale and deal was signed off we had unrelated issues that had nothing to do with the sale of our home and she still stepped up and helped us out greatly. I can honestly say she talked me off the edge more than once. I found the idea of selling our home both emotional and stressful but Tara was always there to help and handle any issues that came up. Even to this day Tara feels like a friend you can depend on and I would recommend her in a heart beat. You want Tara on your team, not just because of her expertise, her calming nature and the fact that she was able to sale our home for more than we expected, it's because she truly cares.
