Tara helped us buy our first home and she was nothing short of amazing! She really took the time to understand our needs and wants and helped us find houses that fitted our requirements. Also, being fairly new to Canada, we knew nothing about the ins and outs of buying an older home (what’s an oil tank, again?) and she helped us through every step of the way, making sure we got a fair deal and that we were not buying into a heritage nightmare. She really won us over when, even after the deal was already closed, she was still there to make sure everything in the house was as we expected it to be. We enjoyed working with her so much that we called her back in 2021 when we decided to sell the house. Again, she was incredibly helpful during all stages of the process, from tips on how to better present rooms for amazing photography right down to great negotiation skills during offers. She even helped arrange a cleaner for the move out date. In all our interactions with Tara, we always felt well cared for and respected, which was a huge help during the stressful experience that moving houses always is.
