I am very old school and asked Tara how I can take money out of my home simply and without going through a huge qualifying process. I own my home with no mortgage and wanted to take out some equity to use for personal purchases such as a car and more travel in my future. Tara explained in simple terms how a Reverse Mortgage works and I was thrilled. I didn't even know that this type of mortgage existed and Tara was very professional, qualified and patient while she explained the full process to me. I did not need to go through a huge qualification and only needed to provide a few documents. Tara made the process very easy and I was able to get hundreds of thousands of dollars in a few weeks.
