I’m a first time homeowner and Tarren helped so much with the whole experience! I couldn’t have asked for a better real estate agent or buying experience. One thing I appreciate was that she was able to see major red flags in certain properties, so we didn’t waste money on inspections if the house had major issues. I had no idea what I was doing when it came to closing/inspection/lawyers, but she had recommendations for everything for me. I hope to stay in this house for a while but I know that when I sell I’ll be contacting Tarren :).
