Teagan understood my physical needs, l have mobility issues. He worked well with my time line and either new the answer to my question or was prompt in getting back to me. His ability to help me focus on my need's and not just my wants landed me in a place that works for me. Further I can say that Teagan is a great negotiator getting me more off the list price than I had hoped for. Always curtious and making you feel he has all the time in the world for you, leaves you more at ease during a stressful time.
