Teresa was fast and efficient showing us eh properties we wanted to look at. She guided us through the process very well and went way above and beyond during the process. As the transaction was a farmstead Teresa was able to assist with many parts of the sale which were slightly more uncommon to us. From the usual Land Title Search through wells, septic and bug inspections she knew what needed to happen and proficiently and professionally helped us achieve a successful purchase. Teresa also accommodated the fact that we were moving across the province and often needed to reach her by phone or email. All in all, highly recommended.
