Teresa walked us through every step of the process. Leased land is tricky, but she knows her “stuff”!!!! She listed our home in late November and cautioned us that with the cold weather, snow and the Holidays the traffic would be lower than other times of the year. And yet, we had a great open house, which generated quality leads. She is a treat to work with!
