Terra was a wonderful resource to lean on as we purchased our first home in the greater Saskatoon area. She was easy to talk to, listened to our needs and was adaptable (saw a few houses we hadn't planned to see, on the fly, one day). Terra has such a good, calming attitude, not easily frazzled- a real seasoned professional. She responded to my questions on evenings and weekends. She even helped us connect with the sellers after the purchase was complete to address a small problem we had when we moved in. Weeks after we moved in, and the sale was final, she still wanted to check in and see how we were doing. She recommended a decorator when I asked for one.
