This was our second time working with Team Beckett and we chose them because of their combination of professionalism and personability. Team Beckett is fantastic! They are incredibly helpful and go above and beyond to ensure you understand the current market, situations specific to your sale, timing of sale, and answer all of the questions you have (even the stupid and repetitive ones!). We had a rental unit we were selling and they helped us through the paperwork and appropriate legal channels needed to ensure we were meeting legal requirements for the sale and providing notice to our tenants. We would definitely choose them again and recommend them to others!
