Dear Terry, Jennifer, Richard and Collin We wanted to send our heartfelt gratitude for everything you did with helping us selling our home.  We had built our home over 14 years ago and we thought we’d always have this home to keep.  It was not an easy decision to put the For- Sale sign up, your expertise, guidance and reassurance at every step made our decision easy and gave us the confidence that we made the correct decision.  The time and patience you gave us before during and after was gold standard.  We had never done this before, we didn’t know exactly what tomorrow was going to bring, but your guidance has now brought us to where we are today.  Giving us the opportunity to buy and build another dream home, this time with air conditioning.  We are amazed at the effort that is put in to make everything appear like a seamless process, the pictures taken and posted were beyond our expectations, Jennifer’s wisdom on de cluttering the home to make it look like it’s out of a magazine still makes me smile.  You also made the effort to ensure our children were part of the entire process.  I will not forget the day you came by to allow them to place the SOLD stickers on the For- Sale board.  COVID brought on its own challenges, your professional expertise to pre-screen potential buyers and ensure all safety measures were taken gave us great relief.
