Terry and I clicked right away. He's a straight shooter and was always honest with me right from the get go. I was getting discouraged looking by myself that with the bidding wars over the last year I would never find a home without going house broke. I had no buying experience prior and was looking for my first home. He always took the time to explain his concerns with a home if he had any as well as teach me what was great about one. He was usually there early already assessing the outside of the home. I felt much more confident by the end of the process. He was patient with me as I looked at many homes before I felt I knew what I really wanted which ended up being a lot different from what I thought I wanted.
