Teuta and her colleague Leone King have now sold two properties for my family, my Mother’s and now my brother’s. In both cases, which were in differing markets they achieved the best return. In both cases, based on their advice, the houses were upgraded where important to get a better return in total. They provided and oversaw contractors that were efficient and cost effective in bringing up the properties to saleable condition. Finally the staging provided was excellent To get the most offers, due to market conditions, the houses were listed below market value, with a fixed offer date, and then the sale price was negotiated up. For the first property they spent almost 4 hours back and forth with the offers on the evening of deadline day to get the best one. In the second case an early offer came in, and they worked with it, over a few days, to get to the target, which suited the uncertain market at the time. In summary, the advice and help with preparation for sale, their adjustment to current market conditions, and finally their skill and time spent on negotiation ensured that my family got the best results for our family I highly recommend them, as do many of my friends who also go to them for real estate needs.
