After a smooth, no-pressure purchase, (she presented our offer at 11:30 pm, btw), we had to sell our East York bungalow in short order and Teuta made everything happen. She took care of everything...from staging and lighting to house inspection, cleaning and photography. We listed on a Tuesday and the very next day had three showings. One of the showings returned for a second visit and on Saturday it was sold over asking! In this market, in the middle of summer, over asking?! Unreal.
