Working with Teuta and Leone was an absolute joy in what is usually a horribly stressful time. Teuta was very professional and worked tirelessly to ensure we got the best price possible when we were selling our house. She had our house cleaned, painted, staged and on the market a week after we contacted her. Ultimately, it sold within 4 days of hitting the market for well over our asking price and, more importantly, over the number Teuta had assured us she would be able to get. Other realtors with flashier signage and fancy pitch decks scoffed at our expectations but Teuta was always on our side and on the same page as us. On the buy side, Leone was an absolute pleasure to work with. She showed us 15+ houses before we were even ready to start putting offers in. After that she showed us another 15 houses and helped us every step along the way. She was patient, kind, professional, fun and unbelievably helpful. You really could not ask for a better buying agent Leone King. All said and done, if we ever sell the house we bought and want to look for another we would absolutely use Teuta and Leone again. Though with the volume they move, they're probably looking to retire!
